SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Pine Cashmere is proud to offer free ground shipping & returns on all orders.

For security reasons, Pine Cashmere online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, which are not available through FedEx.

All purchases are shipped via Fedex. You may request Next-Day Air or Second-Day Air during the check-out process. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless you choose Saturday delivery. Pine Cashmere cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY:
You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Pine Cashmere reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at Pine Cashmere's sole discretion.


INSTRUCTIONS:
Please e-mail Pine Cashmere Customer Service at info@pinecashmere.com to recieve a postage-paid return label and return authorization form. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, and affix the label to your package. Returns without our Pine Cashmere return form enclosed will be refused.


REFUNDS:
Returns to PineCashmere.com are processed within 3 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. GIFT RETURNS:
Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate for the purchase amount to the recipient. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

 

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@pinecashmere.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
